About Me

Nadia Ramoul, MSc, MA, MBACP

Hi, I’m Nadia and I’m a therapist with eight years of client experience, practicing in Leytonstone, East London and virtually via Zoom or telephone.

I primarily work in a relational psychodynamic way, meaning I focus on ways in which past experiences and unconscious thoughts impact upon us in our day to day lives, influencing our behaviour and relationships in ways we may not fully realise. I work collaboratively with clients in order to acknowledge and process these issues in a safe, compassionate and LGBTQ+ friendly space.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Birkbeck Counselling Association and a student member of the British Psychoanalytic Council. I also work as a children’s therapist and supervisor of trainees in my role running a school counselling project for a children’s mental health charity.

I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck University and a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Redbridge Institute. I am currently studying for my Diploma in Clinical Supervision with TA East.
